How to get a FREE library card from the Eddyville Public Library

• You may become a registered borrower if you are a resident of Eddyville, Chillicothe, rural Wapello county, rural Mahaska county or a resident of a community who participates in the Open Access program. 

•  Anyone wishing to obtain a library card must complete a registration card at the circulation desk.  Registration cards for children who are younger than the 7th grade level must be signed by a parent or guardian. 

•  Proof of identification which shows current name and address are required.

• Library cards are needed for checking out materials and use of public use computers.
